Believe or not the 2019/20 Rugby Season is nearly upon us.

We open up our campaign versus near neighbours Mullingar on Sunday August 25th at 3 PM in CPL Park.

While there is a little matter of a World Cup in Japan in September, Longford Senior Men will be looking to maintain their progress over the last two seasons that saw them finish 2nd/3rd in Leinster League 1B in successive seasons and reach the Provincial Towns Cup Semi-Final last year.

The support we received especially at home was phenomenal.  This is why we have produced a full season planner so by looking at one page you can see who Longford are playing and where.

This season we have only ten home games between the Midland League and the Leinster League.  We are asking for a special effort this year for as many of our members, supporters and friends to attend.  The great home and away support for Longford is constantly commented on positively by other clubs.

Why not grab some excellent food and a drink in the Sin Bin on match day too!
