Training take place every Tuesday/Friday at 7.30 PM.

We have dedicated Woman's changing rooms at the club and a new synthetic training area in development suitable for contact sports.

Longford RFC welcome back our players who have lined out for us in previous seasons and new players are very much welcome with or without experience.
