News from Longford RFC AGM

The AGM of Longford RFC took place on Wednesday night past in the clubhouse and was well attended.A new board was elected for the next two years. After four stellar years as President Tony Headon stood down from the role and raised universal praise for his hard work and dedication, definitely 'a hard act to follow'.
Declan Conlon also stood down after two hard working years as Honorary Secretary.
The following new board was elected;
President: Michael Connellan
Vice-President; Paul Trueick
Chairman; Tony Headon
Hon. Secretary; Mark Quinn
Chairman of Administration; Sean Lennon
Chairman of Finance; Gavin Belton
Chairman of Rugby Damian Curley
Best of luck to the new board over the next two years.
There were no motions received on the night.
