submit nominations without the nomineeâs prior consent or motions unless
the proposer will be present at the AGM.
- Any notice of
motion proposed by any paid up Member or Director must be presented to
the Honorary Secretary at least 14 days before the AGM i.e.20/04/2016.
- Nominations
signed by at least two paid up members for any board position shall be
presented to the Honorary Secretary at least 7 days before the AGM, i.e.
27/04/2016.
- All motions should

- Only Full (Fully
Paid Up) Members are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
Social Members are not eligible to attend or vote.
